Expected delivery times are between 3-5 working days and all orders are delivered via Aus Post. Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday only. Please note: Western Australia, rural addresses and some more isolated residential areas or excess order numbers due to promotional activity may require additional day/(s) delivery time.

We only ship to Australian addresses from our Australia site. If you require shipping to an address in New Zealand, please complete your purchase via our Urbandaddy New Zealand website, www.urbandaddy.co.nz

The website will advise when a size in a particular product is sold out; this can be seen via the size dropdown on the product page. In the event that a size is sold out, we regretfully do not accept back orders or rainchecks. We do however receive top-up stock on a regular basis, and as such we suggest that you check back periodically to see if your product is once again available for sale.
