Urge is an independent, Sydney based company that enjoys the hell out of creating supremely stylish, high-quality footwear for the streets. Each season they develop ranges for men and women that bounce between casual and classy, bold and understated, dark and light, polished and raw. The inspiration for their designs comes from the unique places and people they encounter in their day-to-day lives and during their travels abroad.

Shipping:

Expected delivery times are between 3-5 working days and all orders are delivered via Australia Post. Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday only. Please note that some rural addresses and some more isolated residential areas or excessive order volumes due to promotional activity may require additional day/(s) delivery time.

We only ship to Australian addresses from our Australia site. If you require shipping to an address in New Zealand, please complete your purchase via our Urbandaddy New Zealand website, www.urbandaddy.co.nz

The website will advise when a size in a particular product is sold out; this can be seen via the size dropdown on the product page. In the event that a size is sold out, we regretfully do not accept back orders or rainchecks. We do however receive top-up stock on a regular basis, and as such we suggest that you check back periodically to see if your product is once again available for sale. 

Returns:

30 Day Right of Return: Occasionally, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. Our 30 Day Right of Return Policy allows you to shop with absolute confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can rest assured that we will happily accept returns for up to 30 days after you have made your purchase.
