The company has introduced many initiatives to achieve this goal, including the use of 100% post-consumer recycled paper in all shoe packaging and cartons, lead-free inks in the printing of its shoe boxes and water-based glues in the construction of its shoes. In addition, BEARPAW has eliminated the use of traditional shoe stuffing such as tissue paper and cardboard inserts, and the protective bags encasing the shoes within the boxes are made entirely from biodegradable materials. In buying Bearpaw shoes, not only will you live life comfortably, you'll help to live life greener too. 

Shipping:

Expected delivery times are between 3-5 working days and all orders are delivered via Australia Post. Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday only. Please note that some rural addresses and some more isolated residential areas or excessive order volumes due to promotional activity may require additional day/(s) delivery time.

We only ship to Australian addresses from our Australia site. If you require shipping to an address in New Zealand, please complete your purchase via our Urbandaddy New Zealand website, www.urbandaddy.co.nz

The website will advise when a size in a particular product is sold out; this can be seen via the size dropdown on the product page. In the event that a size is sold out, we regretfully do not accept back orders or rainchecks. We do however receive top-up stock on a regular basis, and as such we suggest that you check back periodically to see if your product is once again available for sale. 

Returns:

30 Day Right of Return: Occasionally, you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you or simply doesn't fit. Our 30 Day Right of Return Policy allows you to shop with absolute confidence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can rest assured that we will happily accept returns for up to 30 days after you have made your purchase.

This sizing chart provides indicative measurements and size comparisons for Bearpaw shoes. Please note that due to the thick lining of Bearpaw boots, we suggest that you consider ordering a size bigger than your usual shoe size in order to ensure a comfortable fit.
