The New Balance 574 Workwear sneaker pays homage to classic American workwear through the details of the legendary 574 model. The Workwear sneaker has retained the design features of the original 574 shoe, including the distinctively vintage silhouette and ENCAP® midsole technology for optimum support and comfort. The Workwear sneaker cleverly leverages various features on the shoe to highlight the look and feel of aspects of industrial workwear, while still providing a premium quality shoe with unsurpassable style. Canvas upper panels and triple stitching imitate the heavy-duty shirts considered to be part of standard-issue workwear uniforms. Waxed laces offer the same waterproof and stain-retardant benefits of utility shoes, and earthy colour tones are in keeping with an industrial feel.
